| I love new technology but did not expect to make a placement of a $115,000 IT job the day I received the resume. One hour after receiving the resume we had the applicant interviewed on the East Coast by cam and sent it to the employer on the West Coast. | Great interviewing tool. Interviewed candidates in our London office for an assignment in Dubai. The ones we liked we emailed to the department head in Dubai. Two were selected for a second interview and we still used the system to record the second interviewed that was shared with others in Dubai before flying one to Dubai for a face-to-face interview. Now using it for all interviews. |
